Ah, so you've decided to stumble across my very personal yet oh-so-public weight loss blog, hm? That's cool. Welcome!

My name is Jay Samson, and I am a 22-year-old Asian American dude from Washington state. I am a nursing student, a food fanatic, and a lover of all things purple. I'm also working very hard to achieve those abs that people drool about.
